Had a great time at the tournament Saturday even though fishing conditions weren't the greatest. Put a lot of fish in the boat but never found good quality fish. Thanks to Shane for letting me partner up with him and we managed a 8th Pl finish.U guys missed a great day and a good cause.
Congratulations Gobbler and Ron for your win and and everyone else that placed. Thanks also to Mount Pleasant Methodist Church for putting on another great tournament & the sponsors' for the raffles. Looking forward to next year's tournament wherever it may be.

Thanks guys the wind made it real tough and we caught very few fish. As always a well run event for a great cause, and we look forward to next year and a new lake with more new faces. And a big thanks to all the sponsors that made it possible, hills minnow farm, southern crappie rods, hwy 49 sporting goods, bass pro, and others I can'tremember.
Congrats Gobbler and Ron.....Had fun putting some faces with names and enjoyed fishing even though it was rough in the wind. First time ever fishing a crappie tournament so I was thrilled we pulled out a 11th place finish. Especially in those conditions. Learned a few things for next year. Looking forward to it. Thanks to MP for putting on a good tournament.
Congrats to the winners, and everyone else who endured the wind and rough waters. Thanks to all who made this event possible and all the sponsors for their donations. The one that I owe thanks for placing in the tournament is my partner because she caught 6 out of 7 fish that we weighed in with largest at 1.23 lbs. My special thanks goes to my wife Cynthia for enduring the wind, the boat ride, and me thru a hard day of boat controlling and trying to fishShe fished her way, with minnows and slip cork. She will put the minnow bucket to good use, and I will be shootin sliders!! Thanks to all again, and we are looking forward to next year!
Difference between day and night: Day= one rod, one jig/Night= Many rods & a bucket full of minners
Glad you enjoyed the tournament Spot. We try hard to cater to all levels of fishermen and women. The tournament is designed for professional competition at a weekend angler price. This was the first tournament for my wife and I as partners so it was a tough one to start off with. She did catch a keeper and netted very well. She told me all week she was going to just be in the way but we did win male/female division and 6th overall.
Congrats teamhooksetter
