Fishing on the Big D last Wednesday and just started putting up my two poles. Put the 11ft Ozark in middle rack and knocked my 10 ft out. Tried grabbing it with reel of other pole, but it drowned like a rock. Throwed a marker out, but missed where it went down. Tried fishing it out with a jig( not too good of odds), so I called over Monkey Wrench and Norman, with their twisted coat hanger treble hooks. Made several casts with it and decided buoy wasn't close to pole. About to give up, I decided to use side scan and after making few rounds and adjusting sensitivy up a little I spotted rod 29 feet to the side laying right on bottom. Throwed buoy over it and made one more trip beside it. by the time motor went over it Monkey Wrench had the tip out of the water. I still pay too much attention to electronics, but it saved me 70.00. Not allowed to advertise, but it starts with L

Was getting a little better at end of week. All I found were at bottom of brushpiles.
