No that is a muskrat zonker.

Did you palmer the zonker? Bet it looks great in the water, thanks for posting the pic.

I laid in a few pieces of fake hair on the very tail kind of a rust color, them palmered the muskrat but tucking it so you can not see the beginning or the strip backing that is what give it a bobbed tail look.
