    That looks excellent! Love a good stew like that. Recipe please, bet it's even better left over. Bruce is right, a piece of hot cornbread with that would top it off. Hungry now, thanks for posting.

    OK.....Here goes

    Tater Stew

    1 can of chicken broth
    1 can of creamed corn
    1 small can of whole kernel corn
    1/2 cup of milk
    1 small onion chopped.
    1 lb. of Conekuh (original) smoked sausage
    2 and 1/2 lbs. of taters peeled and cut up

    Slice sausage and brown with onions in skillet before adding to the stew pot
    I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

    Thanks G. I won't make that when I have company over because I would have to lick the bowl afterwards . I will be doing that soon but will add some chopped green chilies.

    The reason I haven't posted mine yet is the fact that I've been down with a intestinal virus since Saturday. Today was the first day of real food and not having to stay within 20 foot of the john. So y'all just wait a little longer and I'll show and tell.
