    Default Private Lake 9/21/14

Got the opportunity to fish on the yak in a private lake today. No monsters but plenty of fish came to hand.

    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

Nice - Private lakes are my favorite. There's a pond close to me that only my son and I and one other person fishes.
Wishing you Blue Skies and Tight Lines

This was the first time I'd been there. Carp, cats, crappie, gills, largemouth and shell crackers. That's what me and my friend have caught but who knows what else may be there.

Great looking batch of fish you got there.
It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

Some or those gills were fatties. I used to think it was easier to catch a 5 lb. bass than a 1 pound gill. I guess it depends on where you were fishing. Nice ones an good pics.
