    I ate crappie filets for supper last night until I was almost about to bust and made two fish sandwiches at noon today. But that still looks good.

    Good idea on the tails. Gotta have some tails every so often.

    Drag the tails through a little yellow mustard before you dredge them in the meal and they're fine. I just got through fileting 22 and I've got a bag with 22 tails in it. Lol

    I see tails as an appitizer one night at camp, also seeing one night with a big pot of deer meat and gravy.
