A new SAGA
Well I decided we need a new club in the state after fishing this weekend. The gar were horrendous but I had fun. The new club will be the Southern Arkansas Gar Association. I know there are a bunch of you fella'a that can catch em pretty consistently like me. Let's see some pix of your catches and join the ranks of you fellow SAGA's.

When I was a kid we used to fish for Alligator gar on the White River, I've got a picture of one that weighed 167lbs if I can find it, I'll post it. Carried a 38 snub nosed pistol to shoot them in the head with. We were afraid to get them in the boat alive, thought they could break a leg or something.
