Met up with Newly and Shane1980 at Wendys for bite to eat and gossipin before we met with Bluegrassmanic at the ramp for a nite of fishing. We all had picked us a spot that we wanted to try and that was the last time we saw each other. It turned out to be a successful trip for Matthew and IFished in Warrior Creek in 27 fow with a temp of 84 deg. Had to set thru a few rain showers, but it was worth it tho. Count on the clicker was 42 and 20 of them made it to the livewell, had a few real good fish with an average around 10". I hope the others had the same luck, when we got back to the ramp at around 2am they were gone. We had a great time meetin and gossipin and lookin forward to the next time
Difference between day and night: Day= one rod, one jig/Night= Many rods & a bucket full of minners

Had a fun time as well. Only a couple showers came through. Nice to meet bluegrassmanaic and teamhooksetter. Here's a few Picts from last night. We didn't catch any real big fish but we did have two that got away that were real good. They bit so light only the line wiggled.
Not something you see everyday. I thought it was Spotrunnin looking for schools of freshwater spot. Lol

Not sure how many keepers we ended up with but enough for a good fish fry.

Had a great time. Good to meet everybody. Wish I could've meet y'all to eat, but was running late from my son's game in Concord...who they stomped by the way!
We fished mouth of Warrior Creek in front of the campground in 26fow. caught the most there...Stayed until the bait got so thick it filled the whole area far as we could see
Tried further up in warrior creek towards the bridge, but didn't do too much in there.
Overall caught 30+ fish, probably 10" average.
Here's my buddy with one of the good ones we caught.
Fun night! Look forward to doing it again.

We let em all swim ...got enough in my freezer. Don't like getting too well stocked, especially since I don't plan on quitting fishing.
