I'm spose to do a 3 color with orange n chartreuse. Any opinions on what color I should use in the middle to split the two? I did a brown pumpkin today but don't think I'm goin to like it.

I did these quite a while ago using some left-overs and re-melts. Gives you an idea. The colors should be a little stronger than what I used here but the smoke makes a nice separating color. If the orange and chartreuse are stronger black would be a real nice color to keep them apart. These are hand-pours by the way. A plate would make the lines cleaner.

I like the smoke. I think the smoke might be better than a true black would be. You know how black will throw off the chartreuse with small amount of plastic there. I wonder what a heavy white would be like. Basically just trying to keep from getting the orange-treuse fade! Ill be pouring as well I don't use the plates.

About red or green in the middle.

The white would have to be a stout white mix I think. The orange and the chartreuse are both colors that like to pull into each other. Pink/orange, chartreuse/green chartreuse....they are problematic too. I just don't know if white is color resistant enough to split orange and chartreuse real well. Have you thought about a white pearl? Try it. I'd stay away from green or red to split the colors....but then I don't care for either green or red.

I'll probably try a white as well just to say I did. I'm going to make the orange opaque as well.
