I'm keeping Randy busy in the addition. LOL I did the cooking this weekend. We had quiche and salad on Saturday and Sunday. Tonight is slowcooker beef brisket.

I thought that I heard that real men don't eat quiche. Brisket is more like it.

No outside BBG for us today. It's storming right now and there is a long line heading right for us. Maybe I can go pick up some ribs at Big Mike's, it's the best around here.

I knew that was coming, how dare her to jeopardize my outstanding reputation and admiration of folks by posting such things here. Actually, we don't eat much fries foods and smoked pork, etc. I have to protect my delicate system and maintain my girlish figure We did eat gamecocks Thursday evening though (sorry SeaRay - couldn't help myself).

Ann grinded up some fresh pork for some sausage because we ran out, roughly 10 pounds:

We like grounding our own meat because we know what's in it. The Cabala's grinder is excellent. Fresh patties ready to go in the freezer:

This mix has maple syrup in it - excellent.
