    man its good ,just pulled it.5lb butt with mustard and bad byrons butt rub ,cooked for 8 hours and turned every 2hrs ,no wraping or anything.best i`ve ever cooked,really like this masterbuilt,anyone can do it,lol.

    What temp for 8hrs? I'm cooking a 4.5lb one tomorrow with the Smackers rub.

    240 temp,used a mixture of hickory with alittle pecan wood for smoking.cooked it till it was 195 internal temp also.
