Thinking of building some but need some measurements.ID,height of tube and spacing would be helpful.

Was looking at some last night, think I am gonna put flush mounts on my gunnels, stainless with caps for when not in use.
9 inches long and 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inside diameter seems to been pretty common.

Big C....I just measured the ones that blacklandlure built for me......The tubes are 8 in tall and layed back at a slight angle...the tube ID is 1 and 5/8 , the pvc linings are OD 1 and 5/8 with a ID of 1 and 3/8. He also at the bottom of each tube on the back side drilled a hole to drain any water that might get in them The tubes are placed on the base plate with 2 in spaceing between them. I put mine behind the drivers seat and behind the passenger seat.....mount of the way that way. I have some on the side and front of my console but dont use them because if a jig or a crankbait came in hooked from the pole while on plane it would hit me in the face.....so I just use them for a place to keep the net and pliers etc.

This is exactly why I want the flush mount, out of the way!

Sammy.....they are just about two inches behind those seats when the seats are folded up......not in the way at all. Same set up that ScottV has.
