But after seeing all these great looking pics, I had to. Well, I will tomorrow. Lol. 2 spare ribs broke down to Kansas City cuts Bd put to rest in the fridge in pineapple juice til tomorrow. It'll tenderize them and add some sweetness to themName: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1408816408.066375.jpg

I have heard pineapple has an enzyme in it that breaks down the meat, ie will make the ribs hammy tasting. Let us know how it turns out.

Got some. 2 1/2 gallon ziplock bags. Put them in one, then in another. Every so often, I'll flip them over Tommy. Bfish, you are correct , that and the acid in the juice will break the fibers down. Got a friend that judges BBQ contest and the big boys do it. I entered one contest and got 4th out of. 30 teams a couple yeRs ago. Everyone pulled in a huge rig cept me. I had a brinkman offset smoker and beat most of them. Lol. Got 4th in ribs, briskett and pulled pork. Talked to the head judge and he told me if I my boxes were better looking, I'd have been in the top 2-3 easy in all categories. I didn't have a clue how to make a purdy box lmbo
