Great idea with the add ons. I'm going to rig up some 1/8th oz jigheads this way and give them a try. Sorta like roadrunners with beads.

Recently I have had live minnows out fished by the 1" gulp minnows. So I decided that tomorrow morning I will only fish the gulps. I added a little willow blade to the rig. I am going to take these out in the morning and I will report back after that trip. Just throwing this out there to people new to spider rigging and those veterans that may not have tried this. Simple set-up and just a thread for fun!![]()

Looks good, I'd still tote some minners just in case though![]()

You chasing walleyes or tigers? Looks like something we used to use when I lived up in northern Lake County Ill. Down here in NC we call that a Carolina rig if ya put a weight in it. Looks real good.

No sir, I'm after those fat slabs. I'll post a pic of what I bring home from the lake tomorrow.
The crappie were slow today and I was run of the lake very quickly due to a sever thunderstorm but I managed to try out the tackle in an hour.

Two of my favorite eats!
I rigged up some 1 inch Macks Smile Blades with 2 red beads in front of my minnow rigs and they catch crappie aslo
Would a setup like that work as a cast and retreive from shore or on a dock?
