Or Beaufort Stew. Frogmore is a local SC coastal name for it, Gomer. You must have been there to call it that?? Frogmore, South Carolina - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Think the uppity class that have built big homes there took to calling it Lady Island.

    SeaRay,
Frogmore is an unincorporated community on St. Helena Island in Beaufort County, South Carolina !!! the meal that the Maj cooked can be called , a frogmore stew which is what we called when I was growing up in Beaufort many moons ago , what I call the foreigners call it a Low Country Boil and some refer to it as a Beaufort stew !!! I will always call it Frogmore Stew !!!

I am familiar with the area, have friend who lives there. But not many folks would know to call it Frogmore unless they are from SC.

My sister lives in SC, first time we had it (100 years ago) she called it frog more stew. We have called it that ever since. My favorite meal!

Very nice, it's never to hot outside to prepare something like that - very good, would definitely work for me.
