I keep reading and hearing from people that the bite has been off this summer due to the fact of the cooler than normal temperatures. Get ready folks, the fish are about to start jumping in the boat!!!

Hope your right but it was just the Catfish , Crappie fishing has been better. The moon and cooler weather have effected the area they used .My best bite most days has been later, but I don't spider rig. The fish have been slower to get tight on wood till sun gets hot. I think most folks were not doing anything different from what they did on hot summers. Some days even the Catfish bite better in mid afternoon ?

Problem is now that the fishermen will be jumping OUT of the boats.

I sure been missing some 100deg weather and higher electric bills. I just don't know how those electric suppliers are gonna stay in business with temps like they've been.

Definitely need an umbrella or some shade now! It is a strange year though. Usual patterns not working as great. Spending a lot more time trying to figure out what the fish are doing for sure. Anyone got a great pattern that is working.........share if you can.
