    Default summertime creek fishing

First, I would like to thank several of the folks for teaching their summer time fishing tricks on here. I was always a night time fisherman in the summer. I havent even did that for several years. Mainly fish fall winter and spring. I went out this morning and fished a creek at HD. Caught fish shallow mainly on stumps. Only 2 keepers, maybe 10 total. 3 Largemouth bass. These fish were all caught on a long pole dippin around stumps. Bobby Garland red and chartruse. Had to add a nibble. Not much to brag about but, it was fun.

That's funny, I go out there to fish for bass and can't get a bite!

Bassin' should get better on HD. I watched them stock largemouth 3 months ago. They delivered them to several locations on the lake.

Yeah there's a 5 year stocking program going on I believe. Last year I could consistently catch several in a trip up to 4.5 pounds. This year I've been 6 or 7 times and caught 4
