40 jars tonight of American Beauty berry.

Dang great jelly

Cook berries down like any other berry.

Juice through press .
Strain through cloth.

3cups of juice add 6 1/2 cups of sugar 2 tablespoon of lemon juice .

1 teaspoon of real butter.
1 pkg of sure gel.

Bring to rolling boil you can't stir down.

Boil 2 min

Pour in clean jars and seal
