    Default I smell like hickory, again!!


    This is what I put in the smoker this evening! Can't believe how easy it is using this thing. Should have gotten one many years ago!!
    Top left is twice baked tater stuffed with crabmeat, bottom is a big Portobello mushroom stuffed with, you guessed it, crabmeat. And Country Pleasing sausage.
