I marinade with a mixture of Wishbone Italian Dressing and Dale's Marinade. Mixed about 3 to 1 as they're listed. As a steak marinade I'll mix them 50/50. Best marinade I've ever used with a steak. With lean meats like pork loin, I use more of the Italian dressing to get a good coating of oil. I'm gonna inject the loin with the store bought garlic butter injection.
