    Hey Duck,got a question. How long you blanch those peas before bagging them?

    I've finished with peas, beans, three kind of pickles, and corn. Still got to finish up okra, tomatoes, tomato juice, and muscadine jelly. The last freeze got my plums and I didn't get my hands on any blueberries this year. Will probably do one more batch of sauerkraut.

    As soon as they come to a boil, turn them off and let them cool completely.
