    Default Stolen KDWPT fisheries boat


    A boat was stolen out of the El Dorado KDWPT Fisheries Compound last night. Please keep an eye out for this boat, motor, and trailer and contact the sheriff or nearest KDWPT office if you see it.

    The boat is a 1996 Alweld green aluminum work boat (flat bottom) with a 2005 Mercury 50 hp Bigfoot outboard motor. Trailer is a black single axle Bear trailer with white spoke wheels. Boat numbers are KA 999 GM. Boat is a tiller steer with bench seat across the back with open floor decked with diamond tread aluminum.

    I was through there over the weekend but pretty sure I was driving fast enough for MO that I did not have a boat jump on the hitch. They had a MO agents boat stolen several years ago from the area office here in Clinton. When they found it the boat was in better shape than when it was stolen. The thief/thieves had painted the motor camo to match the boat and "rhino" lined the whole inside of it. It made Andy a pretty nice boat after that.
