    Moe I don't eat like this every night just on weekends lol. Wife found a bargain on St Louis cut ribs at the grocer Friday, about 10 bucks per slab, first St Louis I have cooked, they were good.

    Sammy....what temp did you run the masterbuilt at for those ribs ? about 225 ?
