Yesterday I took a little scouting trip in Crappiemama. Could not believe my eyes when I looked at the lowrance hds8! Suspended Crappie! A LOT of Them. Couldn't believe my eyes or the lowrance 8 so I went to the front of the boat and put down my minn kota hooked to my Hds7 gen 2. Fish! Lots of Em ! More suspended crappie than I saw all last winter. Wow! What is going on and me without a minnow or crappie pole. They were shallow. But mostly 8-10 in 12 ft. I'm thinking we must have a heck of a storm coming soon! Fish know all. Although they were by the hundreds or maybe thousands whatever they wanted to eat it was not the bait the Fcc boys offered them today. A little over 7 lbs for 7 fish won their tournament fished on Dora ,Beauclair and Carlton.Darryl and Terry Cole had the honors in yet another tournament.Still the fish swim suspended in The lakes by the hundreds taughting us all. ME particularly. They are in my backyard-- so tomorrow I'm pulling out of storage all my winter Wally Marshal crappie rods and I'm going Crappie Fishing. Watch out Crappie. Crappiegirl1 is on the way!

Good seeing you and Jack today CG1. Yep lots of fish and they are chewing. I think maybe 2 years and them lakes will be awesome. At least it seems from the amount of 6" to 10" fish everyone caught today. Darryl was deffinately the one to beat today and he found good fish.
