B and B bait boxes. Hold 96 per side for a total of 192. You can buy a single sided one also. I sell these if ya need some. Same price as online.

    PROS--
They aren't plastic (the compartments are plexiglass), built in USA, heavy duty, and will last. You can put 2 Flicker Shad type baits in one compartment. Up to the #7. Just a note, I have 3 doubles and two singles stuffed full, and I move them from my boat to the Toon all the time. They also have slide in pockets on both sides that hold swivels, depth charts and anything thin.

    CONS---
A bit pricey (125.00 for the double sided ones that hold 192 Bandit 300's). Several models out there that aren't built as heavy duty but are cheaper. These are a bit bulky and heavy, but transport easy, and keep your baits in great shape. Read below, those I hear work well also.

Special Mate 5225, has spots for 225 baits but with Bandits it will only hold 180. Smaller and more compact, fit in a storage compartment of my ole rig. Not knocking the others but it takes on heck of a storage to be able to stow it away, most don't, they put it in the truck when they get back to the ramp. Both work well, to each their own, think these run around 100 bucks shipped.

I use Plano 3700s this way you can keep them sorted by type.

I have the smaller version of the special mate that Rees has. It holds 125 is low narrow and long. Holds 300's well but not so good for anything longer.

You are rite Cray, have to go to the next size up if you are gonna use longer baits, think they make em in a 8 inch and a 13 inch too.

Do y'all use anything longer than the 300's very often? I was thinking mostly 200's.

Mostly 300s, some 200s more and more and the Arkies are smaller. Don't think I have anything any longer than the 300s.
The box Cray has has deviders between each bait, mine doesn't.
