    Took the daughter out with me today. No issues finding whites, staying on them was the issue. Broke her reel so we will be looking for a new one, and I need to get parts for one of my shimanos. Never did find a topwater bite this evening. Also boated some nice smallmouth. Could've caught a bunch more by myself, but I am not gonna leave her behind if she wants to go. Jigging produced the best results. As soon as they passed under get ready because it was on.

    That pic reminds me of when I was that age the rocking motion of the boat would put me right to sleep.
