    Default Pink Ozark slab.


    Caught on the combination crappie/deep sea pink Ozark spinning rod. I sure wish she would quit catching stuff that has teeth or barbs or looks evil. By the way the Ozarks are great for saltwater, but 4lb test sux. I did finally break out the 8lb with a 10lb leader which has been somewhat adequate.

    Try to get one about twice that size and fillet the top of the wings and remove skin. Cut into bite size pieces and fry up like any other fish. Flavor is very similar to scallop.
