Get ya another American Angler or a Rapala. Don't waste your money on a Mister Twister.
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

I like my blue/white mister twister. Cleaned 18 nice bass (over 14 inch) Sunday with no problems. The green/yellow ones are not as strong.

199 Fillets?????? Heck you probably done that many this month. I don't know what to suggest I bought my Twister at a garage sale about 6 years ago and it works good, but I have only cleaned 25 or 30 with it.

199? That's only 99.5 crappie? You caught the elusive one-sided Stockton crappie?

Twister has worked well for me but took Speck's advice and bought the blue and white saltwater one.

Try a black and decker. I like the way it fits on my hand and the don't cost much. Get em at the hardware stores around here.

I saw Jeff do some white bass with the black and decker the other night. Looks like they work really well and like he said it's cheap to replace when needed. Probably going to pick one up myself before long

Beagle, take it apart. On the front end where blades go in are the gears that drive and operate the blades. Clean real good and grease with some light grease.

I had a mr twister, that was 20+ years old! it finally gave out on me about a year and a half ago. So I bought another one, and it burned up in less than a year, so I got another one and it seems like it's starting to quit on me. So, I'm in the same boat, would like to know if there is something else out there. They must be making mr twisters with sub quality parts now.
