Bruce, we were out there Monday, too. Tough day all around. We kept 2 nice sac au lait and 9 bream. Fish were 1 1/2 to 2 foot deep. Caught a few small fish also that were thrown back. We found one good point early and thought we would have a good day, picking up several fish in a small area. We moved to the area in front of the Amoco Canal and saw several good sac au lait picked up by two guys spider rigging minnows. Only one fish there for us. Soon realized we were talking more about lunch than what we needed to do to catch a few more fish….so, next stop hamburgers at Deisi's Little Capitol… All in all, not a bad day.Bayou Crappie

BC....I started the day fishing all around the entrance to BL Canal across from Amoco.....saw about 4 or 5 boats in that area but when I got back from down the BLC by the bridge, they were gone......

Khaki colored Bandit. Good job Bruce. My sil brought me 16 bass from TB Sunday afternoon. He even cleaned them for me!! I'm heading up Wednesday. For anyone interested, I heard from a good source that they are tearing up the speckled trout around Grand Isle. I just can't bring myself to put my boat in salt water yet.
