We use wiggle warts. They will catch anything.

No contest for me. #4 Rapala Rattling/Suspending Shad Rap 25ft behind a 3/4 oz snap weight.
Kicks the snot out of the Bandits for me on Table Rock.
I still run 300 bandits on the long lines though to keep a mix out there.

Jointed shad rap JSR05--2", 1/4 oz. goes down to 12 to 13 ft. This is the first crank bait that I caught a crappie on just casting one eveing and not trolling..That got me into trolling for crappie with cranks. Plain ole shad raps work very well, too, as does the Storm Wiggle Wart, but still like the Bandit 300, sometimes on cloudy days the shallower running 200.

A Storm Product, but not the Wart. My favorite trolling bait for ANYTHING is the original Hot 'n Tot. They have a brutally tight wiggle, and with 5# PowerPro, they run 16'-17' deep. The chartreuse, purple w/gray scale belly, yellow herringbone, green crawfish and brown crawfish were all very good, but my super secret paint job is better than anything, anywhere, anyhow. I bought plus or minus, 400 of them for $2.00 when Rapala bought Storm, and Bass Pro discontinued the original. My lovely bride to be helped me go through the piles in the clearance bins.
Still have several; in a safe deposit box in case anyone has evil ideas.

I don't mind a cotton cordell from wally world. A lot of the time you canfind them on the bottom shelf on clearance for a couple of bucks and they catch crappie for me. Other than that what they said ^^^
