well maybe slabslayer1 should come down and help me figure out how to fix the my starter mount that is broken. The cast iron part broke out. that was the noise we heard.....saturday............but i guess you are too busy to do that, since you are too busy to fish with me other than tourneys.

We're gonna have to have more than 3 or 4 teams, or this tourney won't happen !!

I'm also considering shortening the tourney hours to 630AM - 1PM ... with 130PM being the cutoff time for being in the weigh-in ramp area. I would like feedback from all team members that intend to fish this tourney ... as to whether they would vote yes or no on the shorter hours.

If you know someone that has expressed interest in fishing this tourney, but hasn't "signed in" ... I would ask that you contact that person and tell them to read this post & sign in, as well as vote on having shorter hours or not.

We're not likely to even have the tourney, unless we get more participation.

Unfortunately, I'm not likely to be able to make it, after all, due to some health issues. That being the case ... counting you & your daughter ... there's only THREE teams that have shown or posted their interest.

I'll make the final determination before Friday, as to whether or not the tourney will be held, so check back here.

I hate that this is your introduction to Crappie.com ... but, to Crappie.com, just the same.

There is still one more Fruit Jar Tourney left ... Barren River Reservoir on June 28th.

There's also the Fall Brawl get together at Green River Lake (no tourney, just fish/cook/eat) ... but no date has been set, just yet. But, it's likely to occur sometime in Oct.

There may even be a Fall Crappie Camp/Shindig at KY Lake ... but, I'm not involved in the Western Ky affairs, so I can't give you a timeframe.
