    Use the flange nuts. Take holder off, screw on flange nut with flange facing down, run holder back into mount, adjust then tighten nut down with a wrench.

    wing nut on first to act as flange nut.
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
