    for supper. Man, they smell great! Heading for Reelfoot tomorrow to find some bream so we're having our big meal today.

    That sure looks good Vonna, if I ate all that I wouldn't be going anywhere for a day or two. Know your going to have a bunch of fixing's to go with them

    Apple wood is the best for ribs. I've done a bunch and know for sure.

    Looks fine! Feesh got me started using the apple, it's all I use now, doesn't have as harsh of a taste as hickory, much milder

    Yep, I prefer apple for any pork we smoke. Good thing we have a tree in the back yard!!
