    that is precisely why I no longer push cranks on Lake Monticello......about three years ago I had not been fishing ten minutes when a four lb LM grabbed a bandit and started circling the boat..... took out the other seven rods and made a crows nest out of 'em. And to add insult to injury the bass was not even in the slot! I think there's at least ten bass for every crappie in that lake....got to use a different approach on that lake, LOL.
