    Just a thought if you guys haven't thought about it now a good time to mark those stumps at Smithville on your unit may save a lower unit! worth

    I don't know about that.....I've seen a few at this level that would tear the bottom out of a boat right now, not to mention a lower unit.

    barely missed one last night running in. I don't care what level the water is at there is always a stump right below it!

    But I think the spirit behind the original post is that you can see a lot more, so if you can find a good path through stumps that are only a foot above water now, you should REALLY do well when the lake comes up to normal pool.

    At least, that's how I took it.

    Hey I have a bunch of old unused orange cones big and small if someone wants to attach them to some of those stumps!
