    Default 999 si snapshots

Only had the unit now about 2 months. Just starting to get some time to play with it. Any advise would be helpful. Did find out on the si screen that if you turn si enhance to low fish will pop out better.Name: S00014.jpg

Bottom right, must be a pier or docks.

Nice images overall. The blue one , dots = fish?

good pics,on some of si can see fish and shallow, you can on si make it full screen if you like, that way it makes a bigger looking unit, down side is only can have 2 displays if like my 998,keep them coming, don't know why I don't put my pic on here,if I could put many at a time like you did ,I wouldn't mind doing it

The "SI Enhance" overlay window has 4 commonly used settings for easy access...

*Sensitivity ...can be used as a brightness control of the SI image
*Contrast ...can be used to help fish echoes pop out better
*Sharpness...can be used to help fish echoes pop out better
*Contour on/off...hides the dark water column

The advantage of the "SI Enhance" overlay is that when viewing a split chart with SI and any other view...these settings are available without "opaquing" out the other side of the split view....

Conversely...pressing "Menu" to open the access to any setting while viewing this split view will opaque out the other side of the split view while the menu window is open while changing settings in the SI half of the split view....

I keep the "SI Enhance" overlayed onto my SI image constantly to give me instant access to the SI Sensitivity setting to change the brightness/darkness of the SI image as it changes with the hardness/softness of the bottom composition...

    Your images look great...

Good pics Bean. Santee has a lot of brush and timber and it is showing up great on the shots. I'm looking forward to getting on Russell, trees everywhere so there should be a lot to see.
