Thread: Jordan lake social (may 17) pictures

What a great day of fellowship is the first thing I can say. The fishing wasn't great to say the least but we had fun. When Shane 1980 and I we arrived at the boat ramp their was already what looked like to be breakers on the water. Lol. Both of our daughters said to take their picture for the first of many to come showing off the crappie.com logo.



After a few doughnuts at the ramp and talking to fishhound we headed to our first spot. Going out to the main lake is sure was rough so we found a cove to hide in but no crappies. Haha. Went back out more to the main lake to fight the wind where we ended up catching our best and only keeper crappie of the day. Shane 1980 daughter showing it off at the ramp.


We fought the wind all day like everyone else with not much luck. So we headed back to the ramp hoping someone had found the fish. After everyone arrived back we had less than 10 fish between everyone to fillet. So thanks everyone for bringing the fillets or we would have had doughnuts and fries. Haha. Met some new faces to screen names today and enjoyed every miniute. A big thanks to all those who donated door prizes. Freddie for cooking and everyone else. Also thanks to Jordan limit for his part in inviting Jessica to share info about the crappie population. Here a a few pictures from today.

Wish I could have been there. Instead I'm beating the heat on the gulf coast and not a lot biting. Glad everyone had fun that's the main thing.
