Default Shooting Docks Lake Sinclair 5-10-14

Me and my buddy Ray shot docks at Sinclair yesterday (Saturday.) It was a very nice day, it never rained on us and it wasn't hot. We were in Ray's boat and he did a great job piloting around the docks. We had a great time. We caught about 47 and kept 34 including 3 bass. They were pretty nice fish for Sinclair. Not a lot of people fishing which was nice. I have only got to fish a few times this year so it was nice to get to go and shoot docks. Ray caught the bass on a floating worm between docks. I advised him it was illegal for crappie fisherman to bass fish between shooting docks. I called the Game Warden on him but the Game Warden told me I was stupid. Anyway here is a picture of the fish before we cleaned them. Wes

Nice job Slabby, and thanks for the report, I'm new to dock shooting but I'm pretty sure it's my favorite way to catch crappie you just can't beat the felling of The thump!

Thanks Gabowman and Chadchester. Shooting docks is a lot of fun. Every dock is a new adventure especially docks you know have fish on them. Finding new docks is a lot of fun too. Too bad the weather gets hotter and hotter. Wes
