I use to be 160 /115 and now my bp is around 115/78 or lower everytime I get it checked and I think I have been on it for 7 or 8 years now and Im 56. It wont take long and they will get it fixed right for you.

We feel ya Goodtime. In the last 2 weeks Melissa has been to the doc 5 times for heart tests and the docs are fighting with the insurance companies so they can do the thallium stress test. That will add another 2 visits min. Its a pain in the arse for sure. That HBP is not good--can destroy alot of stuff. Keep letting them poke and prod u until your fixed

Thanks eveyone, just got back from the Dr office, the 24hr heart monitor looked great , doc said he didnt see anything but a healthy heart beat( that takes a load off my mind), still got 2 more test thrs., but looking like BP meds might be all i need. I know i'm one hard headed minner eater, but it has scared the heck outa me, i'm doing everthing Dr tells me to( that's why i couldnt be on the water sat. with RG ), i'm takeng this serious, i aint in no hurry to leave all of yall, we still got a lot of yrs fishing together!
