A USMC gunny sargent solemnly told me "If the situation has deteriorated ENOUGH to pull a gun, USE it and shoot to KILL. NEVER pull a gun as a `show of force`. SHOOT them stone cold DEAD as a `show of force" and EMPTY the weapon; if necessary reload and just KEEP shooting until they STOP moving...

Me too! Scary!!

I've had my carry permit for quite some time. I don't carry all the time. Like to keep them guessing.

Pox, that`s quite a bit of "practice"...save SOME for the upcoming UN invasion fleet that`s been hovering just off 1 coast or the other (or maybe BOTH coasts !) for 6 or 7 yrs now...you don`t wanna be low on AMMO if they ever DO actually invade and our entire military just up and surrenders !

aint worried about running low brother man, I reload for 9mm,45 acp, 223. between the three I have 20k rounds aprox. I owe it to the community to be a good shot.

I bought me a Savage 17 bolt action, that rifle is nice, gonna pop some squirrel heads in a couple of weeks

The State Trooper that gave our Conceal and carry class.Walked up to me with a Dummy pistol (no fireing pin) and handed me the Dummy pistol .The Trooper said stand up I will show you how to disarm a person with a hand gun. Before I could think out of reaction and training.I pulled the hammer back and pulled the trigger on (the Dummy pistol). He stumbled back in disbelief. I said to the Trooper was you suppose to say go!! I was Trained to Shoot an attacker!! The Attacker is not going to count to 3 or say on your mark go!!! Got pulled to the back of the line when my Permit was signed!!!
