I saw these folks mentioned in a In-Fisherman article this winter and their web address was also in there. on 2/2/14 I placed an order with them for some of their Bloodlust soft baits. I paid for this through my PayPal account. It is now almost three months later and no baits. I have repeatedly called and left messages on their voice mail but have never received a rely from them. I also have e-mailed them several times and again no reply. Has anyone had any experiences with this company?

They used to be members here. But, they went commercial and left the site. I've purchased from them, back when they were members, and had nothing but good results. They do make some awesome baits, but when they went commercial, they stopped making the one bait I purchased. I had another member, Snake River, make that bait for me ... as he has the same mold. As I understand it, Microspoons (Keith/Jessica Pace) sold that particular mold when they went commercial ... so there was no infringement on any patent or intellectual property, by having someone else copy/clone that particular shaped bait.
You might try and contact them through their Facebook account. Or you may have to deal with trying to get a refund from PayPal.

Sorry to hear that. File a claim with PayPal and I can promise you'll get your money back, or your product.
Keith and Jessica sold out to a company in Washington or Oregon-----I am certain it was one of the states. They moved from Ga back to New Orleans.

Try to open a claim immediately. You only have 45 days from date of money transfer to open a claim. If you can't open a claim, contact PayPal at this # 1.888.221.1161. Have your transaction # and your ID (if you have one) at the ready.
To see if their account is still active, maybe try a PayPal $$$ request for the amount you sent to them.

She told me that since December her three girls have had broken bones, two surgerys one of with was for heart issues and probaby fourty trips to the doctors. She said she is still going to fill my order. I feel a little sorry for her after hearing that. She apologized for missing my phone messages and e-mails. Thought I would share the update with you.
Thanks for that update !! Sorry to hear that Keith & Jessica's girls are having so many health issues. That's been an ongoing problem for them.

I have been waiting for 5 months for an order I paid for. While the latest info is the news of their daughters medical problem is the cause for the delay. This doesn't add up to me. I have numerous emails where I was constantly promised the baits in a week. Then more emails about huge increases in business. Always the message was "We are getting your baits out this week" when I would enquire. My last email several weeks back has not been answered nor can I get a response from voice mail. If their daughter has medical problems I certainly have empathy for them....but this goes way beyond that. They have a lot of folks money. If you can't fill the orders refund the money...I paid with a debit card as when I purchased there was no PayPal option on the site. If they sold a thousand folks the same package of baits I bought that is forty two thousand dollars. The number sold is probably much higher with the exposure by In-Fisherman. This is my last time to bite on an In-Fisherman article on a mom and pop bait company. I got burned couple of years back on some tungsten jigs out of Washington state I believe it was. I was able to get in touch with a bait company out there that told me that company left thousands hanging after they got the money they closed down. There really is no place to turn for those of us left hanging. I wish their daughter the best but certainly no way to run a business.
