Sure, love to share good recipes

    Trey's Fish Cakes
    1/4 cup Mashed potatoes
    1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
3/4 pound boiled for 2-3 minutes fish fillets chilled and the broken up.....Bluegill is best with crappie coming in a close second.
    1 beaten egg
    Healthy squeeze of lime
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Put all this in a bowl and mix with your hands and then patty into 1/2 inch thick cakes and place on wax paper. Into the freezer for 20 minutes or so to set up.
While they are setting up make an egg batter with 1 egg and an equal part milk
    Breading recipe is
1 huge handful of potato chips crushed very fine.
    1/2 cup corn meal
    1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup plain Panko Bread crumbs
Season salt and pepper to taste.
Dip the chilled fish cakes into the egg and then dredge in the breading mix.
    Deep fry for 3-4 minutes
