    Not good probably fish got stressed doesn't look like any eggs.

    Some of the females won't lay their eggs every year. When this happens they absorb the eggs back into their system. So I've been told.
    I've caught them in June and July with tiny egg sacks that they haven't absorbed completely.
    Maybe what you have there is the beginning stage of that?

    Tcounty- that is what I was afraid of. Looks like this year there will NOT be a spawn on Nader. If they did not do it a month ago, then it ain't happening.
    Attention Crappie Masters, crappie USA and all other tournament trails, GRENADA IS DEAD. Or at least dying. All those records that were set are gonna be safe for a few years. Go to the other big 4 and let Grenada recover for a couple years.
    We have a few big fish left, but nothing in the spawn class behind them.
    We usually catch a bunch if small fish at the end of the spawn, and we are not catching them either.
