    I think the milky white is more of a fish that is not going to spawn for whatever reason. They will absorb the eggs and wait till next yeat

    I see a lot of the same things y'all are discussing. Some with reddish yellow runny eggs, some with yellow yellow runny eggs, some with sandy yellow runny eggs, and some with milky light yellowish runny eggs. All in all there runny and yellow. The squeezing belly method mentioned is right on. That's your sure fire sign without even having to cut the fish.
