    When they say Upper & Lower End Elevations, are they referring to the ramp itself?

    Yes, but the ramps are not always usable even at 2-3' above lower end due to mud, sand build up.

    Yep. I went to Hurricane last weekend and No.2 was not near usable and the level was 252. Drove down to Coontown and just waded. 252 is a lot lower than I remembered. Kinda disappointed when I pulled up.
