Thread: Found some sharp hooks.

Been working a lot and finally made it to the woods. Hit my honey hole Monday morning and the birds were sounding off. Had three long beards gobble all the way in to my decoys. They started beating up the jake decoy and finally got opening to drop the hammer on the biggest strutter. He was 18 LBs 10" beard and spurs were 1 1/4" long and sharp. Heck of a hunt. They put on a show before and after the shot. Even had a coyote slip in after the shot. He got a barrel load shot at him also.
