    May be cheaper trying to pull a parts yard complete trans and replace. Did this with our old bronco II about every two years. I'm a ford guy, but dang they have some trans problems.

    yep--typically the way to go. Luckily my Bronco II and Bronco (back in the day) were both 5 speed manual (oh how I miss them). The known problems on these automatics are pretty simple things--but you have to gut the trans to fix so you end up overhauling anyway. Frankly I'm shocked it lasted this long (towed the boat for about a year with it )

    Oh I didnt mention the ac at the house isnt working and melissa has to get new glasses (6 months since her last) and has to have a stress test due to an abnormal ekg yep we may be kin
