Thread: Spring Fling @ Green 2014 ... Ya'll come !!

I am going to try to make it before sunrise, but not for sure with 3 teenage boys. Hard to get them up and moving in the morning.
There is not a formal sign in or anything like that .. correct ?

Colayn .... I did not post a "sign-up" thread, since this event is open to whomever wants to come & participate ... and it's a "free" event. "Free" in that you don't "pay to enter", and it's not a tournament ... just a get together for members.

Get there when you can, and be back at the Marina fish cleaning station with your catch by 2PM CDT.

Barring any accidents I will be there with a friend. Is there anything that I need to bring? I am willing to help out with anything as long as I do not need to cook it before hand. Thanks

Will be joining this group when I get settled after move--18May.I will look for nets in the air and boats to follow to HOT spots.SAVE SOME FOR ME.

You'll have plenty of time to explore Green River Lake, before the next event ... the Fall Brawl ... since it's likely to be sometime in Oct this year.

AND... there's usually some Crappie Camps/Shindigs down on KY Lake, that you could attend, also. Alvaton Ky looks to be about 1.5hrs from Green River Lake & 2hrs from Ky/Barkley Lakes. And Barren River Lake is right in your back yard. (30mins away)

I'll be there with my son and a door prize. Leaving tomorrow after noon when he gets of the bus. Will be staying at the kamper cabin.

Pappy, Carl and myself will be down tomorrow in the am. We will be in cabin#12. Coming down the hill to the marina, it's the very first cabin you come to on the left.
