    I bought a few unpainted crankbaits on ebay. I am trying to learn to paint them in crappie catching colors, not interested in green trout colors right now. How about some favorite colors from the crankbait pullers? Once I get a few painted, I'll post up for you guys to critique.

    Why copy existing colors? Come up with better ones.
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

    Pank!for sure! Tail light,Fire fly.Chartreuse w/ black stripe.Mistake,Plum point, Sardis gold,Clown, Chrome/ blue,just to mention a few of the hundred that may catch a crappie!Paint em, Try em,and see how they work. You can always paint over them again!Send me a few dozen and I will let you know how they work!

    pink on one side, black on the other like a mistake. Pink tapering from awesome pink to light pink as you go back and one light pink to awesome pink as you go back. Electric chicken
