Thread: Finally back from Caddo lake

I had a great trip to Caddo lake in TX/LA fishing with my cousin Mac and our wives, the girls had to leave at the end of the first week, but Mac and i struggled on without them ( lol ) for the second week. The water temps finally hit the upper 60's last weekend and we started getting on some fish, weather fronts kept pushing in and rain along with droping water temps made the first week a real challenge, but this week was a different story, water temps climbed from the low 60's to 70 degrees,and the fish moved up into 2ft of water, we caught loads of males and a few nice females ( the females were just starting to move up shallow ). After all the cleaning and vacume sealing was done , i ended up bringing 264 fillets home, not counting 25lbs of catfish fillets, all in all it was a great trip spent with family....plus us Mississippi C.C boys showing the locals how to get it done...lol, dont pay any attention to the time/date stamp, forgot to reset it after new batteries.
